Stacie handles the following on a day-to-day basis:
- Oversight of all aspects of management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, leasing and tenant projection for internal portfolio and third party management clients for more than 130 tenant spaces.
- Responsible for all tenant issue resolution, relationship growth and further expansion solutions.
- Develop and issue RFP’s to architects/engineers/specialty consultants/contractors/subcontractors/vendors; Analyze proposals and recommend space and cost saving alternatives to the client.
- Create and implement extensive scopes for asset enhancement for disposition of properties to enhance marketing potential to maximize owner and client profits.
- Facilitate client/architect/contractor progress meetings to monitor progress against schedule and budget for such clients as Cash America, Management Health Solutions and Disaster One (tenant improvements and third party construction management.
- Coordinate all tenant improvements and tenant closeout activities, including vendor and client punch list and processing of vendor invoicing.
- Lead all due diligence and disposition activities for Atlanta Investment Properties and third party managed portfolio sales in the Atlanta market.
