Commercial Property Consultants represented Souper Jenny in locating and negotiating the lease of their fifth Atlanta location. Souper Jenny leased 2,465 square feet at 589 Atlanta Street in Roswell, Georgia, to accommodate their expanding business. Taylor Smith, with Terminus, represented the landlord, and Commercial Property Consultants represented Souper Jenny in the transaction.
As Souper Jenny’s consultant CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction, some of which included:
- Provided a market study for Souper Jenny’s leadership to evaluate lease options within Atlanta’s North Central market for suitable options
- Managed the bidding and proposal process once the top three locations were identified
- Advised the leadership team on the lease structure and economic terms of the lease
- Managed the lease negotiation process allowing the principals and leadership team of Souper Jenny to maintain focus on their core business
