The recent move to a larger facility require the CPC team to research and negotiate the economics of theoverll transaction including a renovation of the space and allowing us to make the physical move within 3 months.

  • After several years of marketing a vacant former data center (82,092sqft) in Norcross Georgia our organization hired Daniel Levison of Commerical Property Consultants Rick Industrial Real Estate to reposition the asset and implement a proactive marketing strategy to high (electric power) energy users.

    After three unsuccessful national auctions and the exhaustive efforts of both regional and national brokers firms, CPC and Spiller Industrial initiated a marketing strategy which achieved lead to a competitive bidding situation with multiple offers for the property. Ultimately through their process a sale resulted in an above market price for a somewhat functionally obsolete asset which had been vacant for four and half years.

    We would strongly recommend to anyone needing the services of industrial consultants either Daniel Levison and Rick Spiller for any commercial real estate service, especially in the Atlanta submarkets.
