Commercial Property Consultants has represented 5351 Penn Circle LLC in the sale of a 100% leased, two tenant industrial building in Decatur, Georgia. The properties were located at 5351 Penn Circle and totalled sixteen thousand (16,000) square feet.

Brett Shaw with DT Spade Real Estate represented the purchasers, Baxter Enterprises and Commercial Property Consultants represented sellers, 5351 Penn Circle, LLC in the transaction.

As Penn Circle’s consultant CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction, some of which included:

  • Providing a broker opinion of value, (BOV), market valuation of the subject property to the acquisition team for the Buyer
  • Advising the Purchaser on the structure and deal terms for the properties acquisition 
  • Negotiating with Purchaser on behalf of the Seller
  • Managing and supporting the Penn Circle’ leadership team during the due diligence and deal process
  • Assisted Seller in gathering various renovation bids and proposals from contractors for negotiation with Purchaser
