Commercial Property Consultants represented Madison Business Center in the purchase of 12.97 acres in Madison, Georgia at the diamond interchange of I-20 East and Highway 441. MBC Allan’s to develop 114,500 SF of shallow bay industrial buildings on the site over the next 24-36 months.
Xxx, with xxx, represented the owner , Serac Bailey Park, Atlanta, and Commercial Property Consultants represented Madison Business Center in the transaction.
As Madison Business Center’s consultant, CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction, some of which included:
- Provided a market study for MBC leadership to evaluate the development of three shallow bay industrial buildings in the I-20 East corridor
- Managed the bidding and proposal process for three general contractors for the project with Peak Steel Contractors ultimately being selected as the GC
- Advised the leadership team on the lease structure and economic terms of the leadership of MBC as to whether to offer building for sale or lease
- Managed the sales and due diligence process allowing the principals and leadership team of MBC to maintain focus finding additional development sites
