Commercial Property Consultants represented Lafayette Engineering in the location of their corporate office in northwest Atlanta. Lafayette leased 3,337 square feet, in Bailey Park at 1000 Cobb Blvd, Kennesaw Georgia, to accommodate their expanding business. Greg Frankum, with Transwestern, represented the landlord, Serac Bailey Park, Atlanta, and Commercial Property Consultants represented Lafayette Engineering in the transaction

As  Lafayette Engineering consultant, CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction, some of which included:

  • Provided a market study for  Lafayette Engineering leadership to evaluate lease options within Atlanta’s Northwest market
  • Managed the bidding and proposal process once the top three locations were identified
  • Advised the leadership team on the lease structure and economic terms of the lease 
  • Managed the lease negotiation process allowing the principals and leadership team of Lafayette Engineering to maintain focus on their core business

  • After several years of marketing a vacant former data center (82,092sqft) in Norcross Georgia our organization hired Daniel Levison of Commerical Property Consultants Rick Industrial Real Estate to reposition the asset and implement a proactive marketing strategy to high (electric power) energy users.

    After three unsuccessful national auctions and the exhaustive efforts of both regional and national brokers firms, CPC and Spiller Industrial initiated a marketing strategy which achieved lead to a competitive bidding situation with multiple offers for the property.
