Commercial Property Consultants has advised Ackerman & Company in their purchase of a 101,000 SF single-tenant industrial facility in Temple, Georgia.
The industrial facility is occupied by Janus International. Janus will utilize this facility to manufacturer corrugated metal roll-up doors primarily for the self-storage industry.
The landlord was represented by, Neal Shiver, with King Industrial Realty.
As Ackerman’s advisor CPC’s role involved numerous aspects of the transaction some of which included:
- Providing a broker opinion of value, (BOV) market valuation of 134 Janus International Blvd.
- Managing and supporting the Ackerman team during the due diligence and deal process,
- Advising the Purchaser on the structure of deal terms for the property’s acquisition.
