Commercial Property Consultants has represented The Mainland Company in the purchase of four, 100% leased, industrial buildings in Stockbridge, Georgia. The properties were located at 154,175,180, 200 Andrew Drive and totalled just over sixty-nine thousand (69,000) square feet.

Richard Chatham represented the sellers, Koppar Corporation and Commercial Property Consultants represented the purchasers, The Mainland Company in the transaction.

As Mainland’s consultant CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction, some of which included:

  • Providing a broker opinion of value, (BOV), market valuation of the subject property to the acquisition team for the Buyer
  • Advising the Purchaser on the structure and deal terms for the properties acquistion
  • Negotiating with Sellers on behalf of the Purchaser
  • Managing and supporting the Mainland Company’s leadership team during the due diligence and deal process
  • Assisted Purchaser in gathering various renation bids and proposals from contractors for thei proposed renovations

Commercial Property Consultants represented The Mainland Company in the off market purchase of four multi-tenant industrial buildings, in Stockbridge, Georgia, totalling approximately 69,000 square feet. At the time of purchase the propertieswere 100% leased by six tenants.
