Commercial Property Consultants represented Saviynt in their lease at 7000 Park Central office Park in Atlanta Perimeter Center submarket. Saviynt lease 7,827 square feet for their southeastern headquarters. Alex Port, with CBRE, represented ownership of the building in the transaction.

As Saviynt’s advisor CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction some of which included:

• Provided a market study for Saviynt’s leadership to evaluate lease options within Atlanta’s North Central market
• Advised on the lease structure and economic terms of the lease and
• Support Saviynt in the various aspects and coordination of their physical move into the space
