Commercial Property Consultants represented The Capital Group in their lease at 4360 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Atlanta Perimeter Center submarket. The Capital Group leased 2,539 square feet for their headquarters. Ron Levin, with Alta Properties, represented ownership of the building in the transaction.
