Congratulations to Atlanta Pregnancy Clinic
Commercial Property Consultants has advised Lisa Regan and the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Pregnancy Clinic (PAC) in their purchase of 440 Ralph McGill Blvd in downtown Atlanta, GA. PAC will utilize the new facility as their third clinic in the metropolitan Atlanta area. PAC is a non-profit service dedicated to supporting and serving women facing unexpected pregnancies. Free and confidential services to help aid a woman in her pregnancy decision journey.
As PAC’s advisor CPC’s role involved numerous aspects of the transaction some of which included:
- Developing, based on parameters provided by PAC’s leadership, a list of viable building options for PAC’s consideration,
- Provided a broker opinion of value, (BOV) market valuation of the top three locations,
- Managed and support Lisa and the Board of Directors throughout the due diligence and deal process,
- Advised on the structure of deal terms for the property purchase, and
- Provided introductions for possible financial partners, and lenders to facilitate the deal.
