Commercial Property Consultants has advised 2430 Herodian Way LLC The disposition of their 14,884 SF multi tenant office complex and the additional 1.14 acres of land located in Smyrna, Georgia only a half mile away from Truist Park and The Battery.
The existing multi tenant office building in adjacent land with purchase by Total Retail currently based in Highland Park of South Cobb Drive.

Total retail plans to initially occupy part of the existing facility and in the near future will begin construction of their build to suit headquarters on the adjacent property, keeping the existing multi-tenant office building as an investment and possible flex office space for their customers and vendors..
As Herodian Way’s advisor CPC’s role involved numerous aspects of the transaction some of which included:
- Provide a broker opinion of value, (BOV) market valuation of 2430 Herodian Way,
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan along with collateral material to sell both the existing building an additional land, either in a combine transaction or individually,
- Manage and support the herodian Way partnership during the due diligence and deal process,
- Advise on the structure of deal terms for the property’s disposition.
