As MDRE advisor CPC and Spiller Industrial Advisors role involved numerous aspects of the transaction some of which included:
- Provided a broker opinion of value, (BOV) market valuation of the subject property,
- Creating a comprehensive marketing plan to take advantage of the properties unique features
