Commercial Property Consultants represented Gold Star Roofing in their lease at 53 Perimeter East Office Park in the Atlanta Perimeter Center submarket. Gold Star leased 2,850 square feet for their southeastern headquarters. Alexis Easterling, with JLL, represented ownership of the building in the transaction.
As Gold Star’s advisor CPC role involved numerous aspects of the transaction some of which included:
- Provided a market study for Saviynt’s leadership to evaluate lease options within Atlanta’s North Central market
- Advised on the lease structure and economic terms of the lease and
- Support Gold Star in the various aspects and coordination of their physical move into the space
