Commercial Property Consultants represented Dekomte de Temple in relocating their US corporate headquarters. Dekomte leased 6,977 square feet at Perimeter Place Business Park in Dunwoody, Georgia.
Jordan Camp with Foundry represented the landlord, and Perimeter PlaceBP and Commercial Property Consultants represented Dekomte in the transaction.
As Dekomte’s advisor, CPC’s role involved numerous aspects of the transaction, some of which included:
- Provided a market study for Dekomte’s leadership to evaluate lease options within Atlanta’s North Central flex market
- Advised on the lease structure and economic terms of the lease and
- Managed the lease negotiation process allowing the principals of Dekomte to maintain focus on their core business
