Commercial Property Consultants represented StockbridgeAndrew LLC in the sale of an office warehouse building at 10 Andrew Drive in Stockbridge, Georgia. Ownership sold the 27,000-square-foot multi-tenant building to a California investor. Matt Stockman, with Wilson, Hull & Neal, represented the purchaser in the sale of the building.
