CPC purchased the one story, 15,300 SF multi-tenant office building with an additional ¾ of an acre for a parking lot in the “hot zone” of downtown Augusta. The property is within walking distance (.05 miles) from the recently developed $110M Georgia Innovation Center developed to focus on Cybersecurity.
Augusta, Georgia’s Fort Gordon was named the North American headquarters for cybersecurity and in the same year Fortune Magazine name Augusta one of the top seven cybersecurity cities in the world.
The purchase price was $800,000. Immediately upon closing CPC demolished all the interior finish and created the third location for Sharedspace. Total renovation of the interior and exterior of property, totaled approximately $3.2M.
